Payment by credit card or online invoice (Square or PayPal) is preferred to checks. We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa. The deposit must be made in U.S dollars (US $). If mailing a check, only a cashier's check (drawn from a US bank) or American Express Traveler's Cheques in US dollars is accepted. If mailing a check, a reservation can only be held once for 1 week but is then cancelled if the check is not received within 1 week. Once the deposit funds have cleared a confirmation of the reservation and receipt will be sent by email. Because of the risk of losing a reservation due to potential delays in the mail, we recommend payment by credit card or online invoice at the time of booking so that your booking is secured quickly.

Cancellation & Refund:
A deposit refund for cancelled reservations will be issued (less a $50 handling fee) if a notification of the cancellation is confirmed received prior to 30 days of the scheduled arrival date.
Payment upon Arrival:
The balance (payment in full) is due upon arrival. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars ($). We accept payment by cash, cashier's checks, and credit or debit card.

Policy & Procedure:
There is a minimum stay of 3 nights. Reservation rates are discounted if made for a week, preferably Saturday to Saturday. Check in time is 3:00 PM. Check out time is 11:00 AM.
For off-season rentals longer than 2 months, a security deposit and eight weeks' rent are due at the time of lease signing. Proof of income and good references will be necessary as well.
A cottage inventory and damage contract will be signed during check-in. It acknowledges the cottage has been received in good condition, with the stated inventory items, and that additional charges may be incurred if property is damaged or inventory items need to be replaced. This consideration will be assessed at time of check-out.
Cottage and grounds policies, including pool, arcade, noise curfew, and fire pit rules will be clearly posted in all cottages and in the communal areas.
Cleaning supplies and additional paper goods, trash bags, and fresh towels and bedding are located in the arcade area.
Maps and brochures of the local attractions are available in the tourist kiosk in the arcade area.
Motel Concierge for questions, concerns, and emergencies is available 24/7 and can be contacted by phone. Contact person and phone number will be posted on the motel policies and rules display.
